CESI is pleased to announce the appointment of Nicola Melchiotti as the new CEO of the Group for the 2024-2026 term. The appointment was made during the first meeting of the newly appointed Board of Directors, chaired by Guido Bortoni, who has been confirmed in his role.
Nicola joins CESI with a wealth of experience, having spent over 17 years in Enel under a variety of roles including Head of Global Customer Operations, Country Manager in Argentina, Head of European Public Affairs and Regulation in Brussels, and Area Manager for Mexico and Central America. His professional journey also includes strategic consulting at McKinsey & Company. Nicola holds a degree in Computer Engineering from the Politecnico di Milano, a master’s in engineering from CentraleSupélec in Paris, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
