NEPCO Green Corridor impact assessment

NEPCO Green Corridor – OHTLs 400 kV and 132 kV high-risk areas impact assessment for the National Electric power Company, Jordan.

CESI was selected by the National Electric Power Company (NEPCO) of Jordan to carry out an Environmental Impact Assessment for the Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) Green Corridor project to identify areas with a high risk of potential impact on environment, habitats and economic displacement. The analysis highlighted critical aspects that could require further investigation and subsequent action plans.

CESI provided technical support to NEPCO in assessing the high-risk areas along the route of the new Ma’an–Qatrana 400kV and Qatrana–Queen Alia 132kV OHTLs.
